When looking for a realtor, my husband and I wanted someone who knew the market, was willing to work hard to make the sell, was relatable, and could get the job done fast. Michael was all of those and more! Our home was listed and under contract in all of four days! Michael knew the perfect asking price to draw a crowd, and was very knowledgeable about our area. He was quick to respond to our many questions, made multiple house calls, and met us out and about to pick up papers that needed to be signed. He worked around our schedule and was respectful of our time. With his negotiation skills, we were even able to get full asking price for our home. Michael did a wonderful job, we couldn’t have asked for a better, more reliable realtor.
