Perfect, Professional, and Pretty dang awesome! David Lisicki was a wonderful, and enjoyable realtor to work with during our house buying process. David really went out of his way to ensure that we got the home of our dreams. In fact, David showed us our house on Father's Day aka "his special day" because he is a father. He told us that he knew how important it was to us, and said he would be more than happy to show us the house. Well, by the end of the day, David had put our offer in, negotiated on our behalf, and the offer was accepted before the end of the night. It was truly a special day for us, and because he took time out of his personal life to accommodate us...we now have our dream home! I can't stress enough how much David made our experience even more special by always staying in touch with us, and just having the best attitude and willingness to help us pursue our dream. From the day we met him to discuss selling our home to closing, and the many steps in between, he was by our side through it all. He was always available when we needed him and he kept us well informed through each and every step. We were not familiar with the process of selling a home and David made every bump and twist in the road as smooth as it could possibly be.
