A Florida native and local, Dena was born in Daytona Beach and grew up primarily in Port Orange where most of her friends and family currently reside. After living in and around the Daytona Beach area, she bought her first home in Ormond Beach where she has elected to call the City her home permanently.
She has one son, enjoys working out, gardening, cooking and meeting new people. She has had an extensive career in customer service and prides herself in providing the best experience possible when working with the general public.
After 10 plus years in property management, she decided to make a change and was offered an opportunity to work with the Gildon Group as their Sales Coordinator. She is extremely excited to be a part of the team and will be bringing her polished customer skills to the table to provide clients with a wonderful experience with their real estate transactions!

Dena was always on top of everything from our first contact all the way through closing.She was available on short notice to show the property on a Sunday.When I had questions about existing deed restrictions rather than simply sending be the terms and covenants she arranged for us to meet, in person, the president of the ARB. We got all of our concerns answered and were able to gauge the "tone" of the community which was a huge reason we decided to move forward.When we decided to present an offer she turned it around in less than an hour, brought us a counter offer within minutes of being notifying her and made sure to get my reply back to them within minutes of us accepting it. What can take days took less than an afternoon. As the closing date approached it became obvious we would need a short extension so we could complete some unrelated business transaction that we delayed by supply chain issues. Dena helped us manage that while keeping the seller happy by offering options that I had not thought of. Ultimately we closed earlier than expected with everyone walking away from the transaction happy, something that isn't always the outcome in this hot market.I will certainly be reaching out to Dena for any future real estate transactions in the central Florida area.
