Originally from New Jersey, Alex moved to Ormond Beach in the 7th grade. His mother, Carol, was a successful Daytona Beach area Realtor for many years. After serving four years of active duty in the Coast Guard, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Central Florida and continued his education at the University of South Florida with a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies.
Alex enjoys traveling and learning about other languages and cultures. He currently resides in Wilbur by the Sea and loves showing off his favorite part of Volusia County: the south peninsula from the Dunlawton Bridge. Every detail matters to Alex. He specializes in beachside properties, second homes, vacation rentals, and condominiums. Alex is never too busy to answer your question or help you in any way!
